AISEMO GmbH (hereinafter referred to as AISEMO) attach great importance to the protection of your personal data. We will therefore exclusively use your data on the basis of statutory provisions. In this privacy statement, we inform you about the most important aspects of data processing in connection with our website.

In general, you may visit our website without leaving personal data. Information related to the access of the AISEMO website is stored anonymously. It will not be possible to identify you personally. Personal data is only collected if it is provided by you in our contact form and/or on the phone or by written notification. We will handle your data responsibly and in compliance with all applicable statutory provisions.

Data collection and intended use

AISEMO collect, process and use your personal data provided to the extent required for handling requests or orders and made available by you voluntarily.
Subject to your consent, which you may revoke at any time, we would also like to use the personal data provided by you (e.g. your name, address or e-mail address) to inform you on our products and services, as well as improvements or company reports occasionally.

For facilitating order handling, your data might be exchanged with third parties involved, e.g. regarding the delivery of items or payment processing.
Beyond that, your personal data will not be disclosed to third parties or transmitted to third countries unless AISEMO are obliged to do so based on mandatory legal requirements or you decide this on your own.

Data encryption

When you provide us with your personal data, e.g. through the contact form, it will be encoded using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) technology. In addition, this encryption process will ensure that your data will exclusively be sent to the server that requested it.
